You can disable auto-renewal of a 0patch subscription at any time in 0patch Central. The subscription remains valid until the end of term and is then effectively canceled. Please verify in 0patch Central that your subscription becomes marked as NON RENEWING (before end of term) or EXPIRED (after end of term) after your attempts to disable auto-renewal, otherwise please contact us at support@0patch.com.
If you changed your mind after purchasing or renewing a subscription, please note that refunds are only available within 14 days of payment according the the European regulations. During this period, you can contact us at support@0patch.com and request a refund.
Subscriptions are auto-renewing by default. Our system sends reminders to your 0patch account email before your subscription is renewed and your payment method charged for it. Please monitor your inbox and make sure that email from domain 0patch.com is not blocked.
