How to add 2nd license to existing Pro account?

I have an existing Pro account with one license that I use on a Windows 7 laptop.  I want to add a 2nd license to my account to use on a Windows 10 laptop.

How do I go about purchasing the 2nd license?

Also, can I get the volume discount since I will have two licenses on my Pro account?

  You then register another 0patch Agent to the same account.

  Our volume discounts start at 20 licenses in a subscription.
