We currently plan to provide micropatches for end-of-support Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 systems until January 2025 2026 but will extend that as long as there is sufficient market demand for them. Yes, if this means providing patches for Windows 7 or Server 2008 R2 in 2030, we'll do that.
(We initially committed to one year, then three years, but a constantly growing number of legacy systems with 0patch installed makes it clear that a lot of users and organizations want to keep using systems that work for them instead of spending time and money on upgrading.)

Please keep w7 support as long as you can.
I'm with wolfmp keep w7 support for as long as you can. I've been shutting down my computer every night is this a good idea and should I use Norton VPN to help protect me or is cognito mode good enough?
I am using Windows 10 but would gladly go back to Windows 7 and pay for the patches, I prefer 7 over 10. I hope there is enough demand for 7 patches.
To kjcrooks I am a big fan of windows 7 and 98 and XP but Windows 10 was crap and I tried it on a new laptop and then I discovered the Zero Patch people and put it on my desk top and then bought a another desktop for my office and had them install windows 7 on it and added the Opatch to that and the laptop one day I removed windows 10 and installed my copy of 7 pro on that too. So I'm hoping this company will have demand for at least a few more years. And then I may finally try Apple.
Please keep supporting Windows 7. I will always have an 0patch license if you do. Many thanks!
I tell my friends about zero patch all of the time and how much I love it. It's amazing that microsoft has produced such hated products windows 10 and 11 after making such good ones for years.
