When 0patch Console is showing "NONE" in the License box, it means that:
- 0patch Agent was properly registered
- 0patch Service either can't connect to our server, isn't running, or isn't even installed
Probable causes for this are:
- 0patch Agent can't connect to the server: Agent can't connect to the server. What is wrong?
- 0patch Service is not running: 0patch Service was stopped or disabled manually or by some other product on the computer. Please make sure 0patch Service is always running and set to start automatically.
- 0patch Service is not installed (but 0patch Agent installation seemed to have succeeded):
- This can be caused by another security product (e.g., HitmanPro.Alert prevents 0patch Agent from injecting into processes)
- This can also be caused by the DisableRollback setting set to 1; this is a non-default value that can be set by administrators for various reasons, but must currently not be in effect for 0patch Agent installation to properly succeed.
- 0patch only works on Intel and AMD processors; installation on an ARM machine may seem to have succeeded but 0patch Service and 0patch Driver are not installed: Which processor types does 0patch work on?
